Moving—whether it’s into a new home or across the country—is an emotional journey filled with excitement and challenges. In 2020, I made the life-changing decision to move to Whidbey Island to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren. That experience gave me a personal understanding of the emotions and logistics that come with such a big transition. With 30 years of experience in the Final Mile Supply Chain and Logistics industry, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to real estate. My expertise in problem-solving, negotiating, and listening were pivotal in my previous career and are the same skills I leverage to ensure your home buying and selling experience is seamless and successful.

Gwen Rhines was awesome to work with. We had not selected a Realtor or even a company to work with when we moved to Oak Harbor. We simply pulled into the parking lot and in the late afternoon and asked to speak to anyone, fortunately Gwen was available and started to show us listings and explain the uniqueness of the Oak Harbor market. Gwen did a great job providing us listing she felt we would like to see and showed she had an understanding of our needs and taste in a home. Selecting a local mortgage company made the process seamless with communication between all parties involved. The whole procedure was extremely easy and less stressful than expected as we streamlined towards closing.
