Pete Rivera is a very knowledgeable Real Estate Broker. Not only was there no question we asked (and we asked a LOT of them), he always went the extra mile to make us comfortable with the whole process of purchasing income property while navigating the whole 1031 exchange process. Pete is a very respectable man with a business mind and a compassionate heart. Through the whole process he was keenly aware of our needs and desires, making sure they were all met. He even created our own personal website housing all of the documents and financial information pertaining to our real estate transactions.
